1.        Orientation 

The hospital has a new employee orientation program and is in the advanced stage of coming up with an employee handbook that communicates workplace policies.  We make them feel welcomed, know why they were hired and know how to do the job.

This module helps staff to:

2.        Problem Solving & Decision Making

3.        Conflict Resolution 

All of us experience conflict. We argue with our spouses, disagree with our friends and we sometimes even argue with strangers. At times we lose sight of the fact that all this conflict is normal. As long as people exist there will be the potential for conflict.

The first thing to learn about conflict is that it is not wrong/bad; it is just part of being a person in contact with other people.

This module helps staff to;

·         The five most common conflict resolution styles

·         How to increase positive information flow through non-verbal and verbal communication skills

·         Some effective techniques for intervention

·         How to strengthen trust and morale

·         How to be more confident of their ability to manage conflicts

4.        Customer Service 

We believe that providing excellent customer service is crucial bearing in mind that it costs five times more to get a new client than to retain an existing client.  We have a wide variety of topics that we cover and include motivational techniques, communication skills and leadership skills.

This module helps staff to; 

·          Establish links between excellence in customer service and business practices and policies

·         Develop the skills and practices that are essential elements for effective customer service

·         Recognize what clients are looking for to be truly engaged/loyal

·         Recognize who our clients are and the dynamism of the service industry

·         Develop strategies for creating engaged employees and satisfied customers

·         Turning all staff to be a sales team.
