Long before the debate on fixed consultant fees started, the hospital had already persuaded its consultants to adopt a very competitive fixed fee structure which is biding on these partner consultants.

Before many organizations realized the value of information technology, the hospital had invested heavily in IT and as a way of improving efficiency and therefore maintaining lower charges.

We are the only private hospital whose membership is open to everyone. With our maternity package we have joined a very small group of hospitals which provide pre-paid fixed cost packages instead of the traditional fee for service.

We know that the challenge facing our health care system is not of lack of demand; the issue is the demand of quality and affordable health care.
