The hospital has at its apex a board of directors composed of executive and non-executive members.

 

There are three main functional divisions in the hospital;

      1. Clinical services manager who is in-charge of all clinical activities of the hospital.

      2. Matron

      3. Laboratory In-charge

      4. Pharmacy In-charge

In this category we have the main strategic business units; i.e. Outpatient, Inpatient, Pharmacy, Laboratory and X-ray.

Under operations we have;
