Our nursing department is headed by Catherine Ndirangu, our matron.

We have a team of highly qualified and experienced nurses both KRCHN, and HCA's.

Continous Medical Education (C.M.E.'s) is intergrated in the nurses yearly calendar. Apart from CME's, we also send our nurses for external training and seminars. This depends on area of specialisation and hospital need.

The matron has monthly meetings with the clinical team to establish operational effeciency, handle staff grievances and recommendations

Regular quality assurance is carried out by Professor Anna Karani who is also one of the hospital directors.
